• Quote form : name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project description, desired features, budget and timeline constraints.
• Audit form : name, email, phone (optional), site URL, AI tool used, goals and blockers.
• Contact form : first name, last name, email, phone, message.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, political opinions, religion, etc.) and we do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your quote or audit requests;
• Contact you in the context of a business relationship;
• Prepare a proposal or specification;
• Follow up on our exchanges.

No data is used for unsolicited commercial prospecting, automated profiling or resale to third parties.

Processing is based on the following legal bases within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679):

• Prospects (no commercial follow-up) : 3 years from the last contact;
• Clients : 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship (legal accounting obligation);
• Contact requests with no follow-up : 1 year.

After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.

Your data is processed by 4-Creation and is not transferred, sold or rented to third parties. It may be shared with technical providers acting as processors (host, email service), bound by confidentiality obligations and GDPR-compliant.

In the event of a legal obligation (court order, etc.), we may be required to disclose certain data to the competent authorities.
